Parlist replaces the clipboard and the compliance folder. Your team completes checklists, HACCP logs, SOP sign-offs and central kitchen orders on a shared tablet, and you get an inspection-ready PDF every night.

Made for the floor

Big targets, few taps and nothing to remember. If a new starter can use a card machine, they can use Parlist.

  • Four digits to sign in and to sign off. No email addresses or accounts for kitchen staff.

  • Staff switch language on the tablet. Arabic runs right to left, with your own checklist wording translated.

  • Runs in the browser and installs to the home screen. Nothing to download from an app store.

  • The day resets and reports go out on your local time, daylight saving included.

Product

Five tools that share one sign-in, one tablet and one record of the day.

Checklists

Opening to closing, nothing skipped

Daily and weekly checklists for every department, reset each morning. Staff mark each item pass, fail or not applicable, and say what went wrong when something fails.

  • Opening, during-the-day and closing lists
  • A remark on every failed item
  • Alerts when a checklist runs overdue
  • Submitted under the name of whoever is signed in
  • Build your own in the template editor
HACCP logs

Food safety records without the paper

Structured logs with the fields your HACCP plan asks for: temperatures, yes/no checks, times, choices and signatures. Every entry is stamped with the time and the person who made it.

  • Your own fields, units and required answers
  • Numbers and required answers checked before saving
  • Last entry carried forward to save retyping
  • Entries grouped by operational day
  • Included in every compliance report
SOPs and training

Procedures your team has read and signed

Upload your procedures and recipes, assign them to the people who need them, and collect a PIN-signed acknowledgement. Change a document and everyone is asked to sign the new version.

  • A library staff can search by what is inside a document
  • Sign-off per person, with due dates
  • Re-signing on a new version or a renewal date
  • Confidentiality agreement before the library opens
  • Tutorial videos alongside the documents
Orders

Central kitchen orders, reconciled

Sites request product from the central kitchen. The kitchen dispatches with batch number, temperature and use-by date, and the site confirms what arrived. Any difference has to be explained.

  • Request, dispatch and receive on the same tablet
  • Batch, production date, use-by and dispatch temperature
  • A reason required for every short or over delivery
  • Discrepancies flagged to both sides
  • Full order history for audit
Reports and oversight

Ready when the inspector is

Parlist builds a compliance PDF every night, every week and every month from the checklists, logs and orders your team has already filled in. Pull one on demand whenever you need it.

  • Daily, weekly and monthly PDFs, generated on schedule
  • Download on the tablet or from the admin archive
  • Audit views for checklists, orders and notifications
Why Parlist

Paper gets filled in at the end of the shift, or not at all. A tablet that knows who is signed in keeps the record honest.

  • Records that stand up

Every check, log entry and sign-off carries a name and a time.

  • Calmer inspections

The day's records are already in a PDF, next to your licences and certificates.

  • The same standard on every shift

Every department works from the same lists and procedures, on every site.

  • Less chasing

Overdue checklists and order discrepancies come to you.

Also on the tablet

The rest of the day, covered too

  • Maintenance requests
  • Complaints and feedback
  • Lost and found
  • Municipality documents
  • Tutorial videos
  • Access by role
How it works

Three steps to a paperless shift

  1. Set up your kitchen

Add departments, staff and PINs. Start from the checklist library or build your own.

  2. Put a tablet in each department

Each tablet is tied to one team. Staff sign in with a four-digit PIN.

  3. Review instead of chasing

Alerts for what is overdue, a summary each evening, a PDF in the morning.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What hardware do we need?

Any modern tablet with a web browser. Parlist installs to the home screen like an app. It needs an internet connection to save records.

Do staff need accounts or email addresses?

No. Kitchen and floor staff sign in with a four-digit PIN on the shared tablet. Only managers who use the admin panel sign in with an email address.

Can we use our own checklists and forms?

Yes. Managers build checklists in the template editor and define the fields for each log, including units, choices and which answers are required. You can also start from the built-in checklist library and edit from there.

How much of it works in Arabic?

The whole tablet interface, switched per device. Checklist names, tasks and headings can each carry an Arabic translation that you write. The admin panel and the PDF reports are in English today.

What does an inspector get to see?

A PDF covering a day, a week or a month: which checklists were completed and by whom, what was flagged, every log entry, and the orders dispatched and received.

Is our data kept apart from other businesses?

Yes. Each business runs on its own deployment with its own database.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on how many sites and departments you run. Get in touch and we will put a quote together.

Ready to retire the clipboard?

We will walk you through Parlist on a tablet and talk through how your own checklists and logs would fit.
